I’ve spent much of my life building, achieving, and chasing what I believed would finally make me feel enough. Over time, I realized that the real transformation wasn’t about accomplishing more—it was about changing the source from which I create. This is my reflection on fear, love, healing, and how purpose begins to reveal itself when we reconnect with who we truly are.

In the midst of strong winds and crashing waves, I stepped into the unknown—unable to see what lay ahead, but trusting we were moving in the right direction. It was there, in the heart of the storm, that I found a deep sense of peace and a powerful reminder: growth happens when you surrender and trust that life is guiding you.

The Best lesson that I have learned has been that I can not always go where I want to go on my timming. Its not up to me but external factors like the weather, crew, boat… I can have an idea and then work with the weather, crew and boat to get there. But it will never be on my terms or as I had planned because weather wont permit, or a crew member will need a break or something on the boat will break and we will have to stop to repair. So DONT MAKE A FIX PLAN, JUST KNOW YOUR DESTINATION, ...
